The High Current Series SF6 Gas Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear is designed for medium-voltage power distribution systems from 12kV to 36kV, offering rated currents up to 2500A and short-circuit breaking capacities up to 25kA/31.5kA/40kA.
All live high-voltage components, including copper busbars, vacuum circuit breakers, three-position disconnecting/earthing switches and cable connections, are fully enclosed within a hermetically sealed stainless-steel gas tank filled with SF6 insulating gas. The fully insulated and sealed-for-life design ensures exceptional operational reliability, enhanced personnel safety and minimal maintenance throughout the service life of the equipment.
Combining high current carrying capability, excellent short-circuit performance, compact dimensions and flexible modular configurations, the switchgear is ideally suited for utility substations, industrial power distribution systems, renewable energy projects, urban rail transit networks, petrochemical facilities, mining operations, marine and offshore installations, power generation plants and other critical infrastructure applications.
