Our Company Designates 2025 as the “SF6-Free Product Development Year”

 In 2025, our company will focus on achieving the goal of the “SF6-Free Product Development Year” by fully promoting the development of environmentally friendly products. This initiative was officially announced by our Chief Technical Engineer, Mr. Zhuang Yu, on December 12, showcasing our determination and commitment to advancing green development.

However, as the enforcement of Europe’s 2026 SF6-Free Standards for medium-voltage switchgear draws nearer, and the call for SF6 alternatives grows stronger in developed countries, market demand for SF6-free load break switchgear (C-Panel) and load break switch-fuse combination cabinets (F-Panel) is becoming increasingly urgent. In light of this, our company recognizes the pressing need to accelerate the development of the “SF6-Free Product Series” to meet the expectations of both domestic and international customers.

Recently, our senior management and technical teams have held more than ten specialized seminars, conducting an in-depth analysis of the latest technological advancements, product features, development trends, and technical pathways in the field. Leveraging our technical expertise, extensive product development experience, experimental data, and feasibility studies, we have identified the development of the “SF6-Free Product Series” as a key focus for 2025. A detailed development plan and timeline have been established, aiming to complete prototype in the first half of 2025.

To Be Developed in 2025

In 2025, our company plans to develop the following SF6-Free product series:

  1. Green FL(R)N36Ring Main Units: SF6-free C-Paneland F-Panel with voltage ratings of 10kV-25.8kV.
  2. Green AISRing Main Units: SF6-free C-Panel (green LBS)and F-Panel (green LBS with fuse combination) with voltage ratings of 10kV-25.8kV.
  3. Green Pole-Mounted Load Break Switch: SF6-free LBSwith voltage ratings of 10kV-27.5kV.

Since 2024, our company has achieved significant milestones in SF6-free technology exploration, experimental verification, mold development, and critical component testing. These achievements have laid a solid foundation for the comprehensive push in 2025.
