10/24kV 200A/400A/630A LBS engineering type bypass load switch is the core equipment to meet the bypass integrated new operation technology. The switch adopts flexible power cables, self-locking quick-plug cable connectors, bypass switches, mobile box trucks and other equipment to build different power distribution units to bypass power supply to the users in a building block combination. It not only enables the power distribution operators to complete line maintenance work under uninterrupted power supply, but also provides temporary power supply to the more difficult to deal with cable line fault repair, reduces the scope of power outage, reduces the impact of power outage on the user, and improves the reliability of power supply.

The bypass load switch uses SF6 gas with outstanding insulation and arc extinguishing properties and an advanced main circuit structure.

Product Features

  1. The switch box is made of 304 stainless steel to meet the corrosion resistance requirements for permanent use.
  2. The main circuit operating mechanism is a simple inverted triangle structure (Toggle), so it is not affected by high-frequency vibration, gravity, external impact, etc. caused by earthquakes or strong winds. The performance is very stable and the mechanical life is long. Manual and electric switching can be used. , separate operation, good compatibility when matched with backup protection device.
  3. The switch adopts a quick-plug sleeve, and can be equipped with European and American self-locking quick-connect plug-in interfaces.
  4. Configure CT/RVT protection device: In order to prevent overcurrent of the current measuring device and CT open circuit, and overvoltage of the voltage measuring device.
  5. It has charge display and counting display; and has nuclear phase function.
  6. It has manual operation, electric operation, local remote control operation, and remote remote control opening and closing functions (optional), making the operation convenient, fast and safe.
  7. With fault detection, alarm and automatic fault cut-off functions (optional), it facilitates fault detection and protection.

  2. Humidity condition: 0 ~ 80% (relative humidity).
  3. Use height: below 800m above sea level.
