The Xiamen Torch Electric Power Industrial Park (Phase I) project is located in the Torch (Xiangan) Industrial Zone and is invested and constructed by Torch Group. The project mainly includes 1 R&D office building and 1 customized factory building, with a total construction area of ​​approximately 110,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 1.2 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed in 2025. After completion, it will be leased by Schneider Electric on a long-term basis. It is expected to achieve production capacity to double in the next 5 years.
