With the completion of the latest batch of recloser poles, the cumulative production of our integrated primary and secondary smart recloser poles has officially exceeded 200,000 units. This achievement marks a new level of excellence in our large-scale manufacturing capability, product quality consistency, and market adoption.<\/p><p>Since the commencement of mass production in April 2021, we have remained committed to the integrated primary and secondary smart technology platform, continuously supplying complete reclosers and semi-finished recloser poles for voltage classes ranging from 12kV to 38kV to leading electrical equipment manufacturers in China as well as customers across numerous international markets. Reaching the 200,000-unit milestone not only validates our large-scale production capability over the past five years, but also reflects the market\u2019s strong confidence in the reliability and intelligence of our recloser products.<\/p><p>As one of the earliest manufacturers in China to develop and mass-produce integrated primary and secondary smart reclosers, we have consistently maintained a leading position in technology roadmap selection, structural design, sensor integration, and manufacturing process control.<\/p><p>The integrated primary and secondary design incorporates key components such as voltage sensors, current sensors, and energy harvesting modules directly into the epoxy-insulated pole assembly. Each unit is fully calibrated before leaving the factory, eliminating the need for secondary wiring or on-site commissioning. This integrated architecture significantly reduces the size and weight of the switch assembly while improving installation and maintenance efficiency. With sensors molded together with the primary circuit, signal transmission is protected from external environmental interference, ensuring high measurement accuracy and long-term stability. The design is particularly well suited for maintenance-free operation of outdoor pole-mounted switches.<\/p><p>To date, our recloser poles have been widely deployed in distribution automation projects across numerous provinces and cities in China and have been exported in volume to overseas markets. The products are designed to comply with different grid standards and operating conditions worldwide. Our portfolio covers the major voltage platforms of 12kV, 13.8kV, 17.5kV, 27kV, 36kV, and 40.5kV, meeting the growing demand for automation and intelligence in overhead distribution networks.<\/p><p>The achievement of 200,000 units represents more than a production milestone\u2014it reflects the long-term trust and confidence of our customers.
