ZW32 series automatic recloser outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as “recloser”) is a three-phase AC 50Hz\/60Hz outdoor high-voltage switchgear. It is mainly used in 10-35kV outdoor power distribution systems of rural power grids and urban power grids. , combined with load current, overload current and short-circuit current, and can also be used in other similar places. The ZW32 series outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker complies with standards such as GB 1984 “AC High-Voltage Circuit Breaker” and the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC 60056 “High-Voltage AC Circuit Breaker”.<\/p>\n

  1. The recloser adopts a three-phase pillar structure, which has the characteristics of stable and reliable breaking performance, no danger of combustion and explosion, maintenance-free, small size, light weight and long service life.<\/li>\n
  2. The recloser adopts a fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps to improve moisture-proof and anti-condensation performance. It is especially suitable for use in cold or humid areas.<\/li>\n
  3. The three-phase pillars and current transformers are made of outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation and wrapped with silicone silica gel; they are resistant to high and low temperatures, ultraviolet rays, and aging.<\/li>\n
  4. The operating mechanism adopts a monostable permanent magnet mechanism, the energy storage motor has low power, a small number of parts, and high reliability. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed mechanism box, which solves the problem of corrosion of the operating mechanism and improves the reliability of the mechanism.<\/li>\n
  5. The opening and closing operations of the recloser can be operated manually or electrically and remotely. It can be used with intelligent controllers to realize power distribution automation, and can also be used with recloser controllers to form automatic reclosers and sectionalizers.<\/li>\n
  6. The recloser can be equipped with a three-phase current transformer for overcurrent or short-circuit protection. The three-phase current transformer can be 600:1A or 800:1A; 6 capacitive sensors can be installed to collect voltage signals and the secondary output voltage is 3.25V\/\u221a3; it can also provide voltage and current collection signals to intelligent controllers.<\/li>\n
  7. When matched with an intelligent controller, it can realize automatic reclosing function, as well as remote control, telemetry, remote signaling and remote adjustment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Conditions of Use<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n

    1. Normal usage conditions:
    \na, Ambient air temperature: -40\u2103\uff5e+60\u2103;
    \nb. Altitude: no more than 2,000 meters;
    \nc. The surrounding air may be contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive gases, steam or salt spray;
    \nd. The wind speed does not exceed 34m\/s (equivalent to 700Pa on the cylinder surface);
    \ne. Vibration or ground motion from switchgear and control equipment can be ignored;
    \nf. Pollution level: Level III.
    \n2. Special conditions of use:
    \nThe recloser can be used under normal usage conditions different from those specified above. In this case, the user’s requirements should be negotiated with the manufacturer and a consensus should be reached.
