The project mainly includes 1 R&amp;D office building and 1 customized factory building, with a total construction area of \u200b\u200bapproximately 110,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 1.2 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed in 2025. After completion, it will be leased by Schneider Electric on a long-term basis.
