Les joints de bo\u00eetier \u00e0 passage unique 24 kV-200 A se vissent dans un puits de travers\u00e9e universel pour assurer la m\u00eame fonction qu'une travers\u00e9e de rupture de charge int\u00e9grale. L'utilisation d'inserts de travers\u00e9e rend l'installation et le remplacement sur le terrain possibles et efficaces. Les inserts de travers\u00e9e et les connecteurs coud\u00e9s constituent les composants essentiels de toutes les connexions de rupture de charge. L'insert de travers\u00e9e utilise un chemin de courant enti\u00e8rement brevet\u00e9, ne contenant qu'un seul point de transfert de courant, au sein de l'insert lui-m\u00eame. La nature simple de la conception du chemin de courant offre des performances sup\u00e9rieures et fiables.<\/p>\n

Une broche interne permet une installation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par couple positif. \u00c0 l'aide de l'outil de couple d'installation en option, l'insert de bague peut \u00eatre correctement serr\u00e9 dans le puits de bague sans craindre de casser accidentellement le goujon du puits de bague. La bague indicatrice de verrouillage exclusive Power, situ\u00e9e sur la circonf\u00e9rence du collier de la bague, \u00e9limine les incertitudes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l'installation du coude de rupture de charge de l'insert de bague.<\/p>\n

L'anneau jaune vif fournit une r\u00e9troaction imm\u00e9diate pour d\u00e9terminer si le coude est correctement install\u00e9 sur l'insert.<\/p>\n

Les joints de bo\u00eetier \u00e0 passage unique sont moul\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide d'une isolation au soufre de haute qualit\u00e9 et d'un caoutchouc EPDM semi-conducteur. Lorsqu'il est coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 un composant de puissance nominale comparable, l'insert de bague fournit une connexion enti\u00e8rement blind\u00e9e et submersible pour un fonctionnement en coupure de charge.<\/p>\n
