Sa grande \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 et sa r\u00e9tractabilit\u00e9 assurent une pression active puissante et constante entre le caoutchouc et le c\u00e2ble, capable de s&#039;adapter \u00e0 la dilatation ou au r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement du diam\u00e8tre du c\u00e2ble sous l&#039;effet des cycles de charge.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Puissance et technologie<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les accessoires de c\u00e2bles \u00e0 contraction \u00e0 froid utilisent un mat\u00e9riau \u00e9lastom\u00e8re (couramment utilis\u00e9 avec le caoutchouc de silicone et l&#039;EPDM) dans un \u00e9quipement de moulage par injection, puis sont vulcanis\u00e9s par expansion et gain\u00e9s d&#039;un support spiral\u00e9 en plastique compos\u00e9 de divers accessoires de c\u00e2bles. Une fois l&#039;installation termin\u00e9e, les pi\u00e8ces de pr\u00e9-expansion sont gain\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 la jonction du c\u00e2ble trait\u00e9, puis la bande spiral\u00e9e en plastique interne (support) est extraite, laquelle est press\u00e9e sur l&#039;isolant du c\u00e2ble. \u00c9tant \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante,<\/p>\n<p>Force de recul \u00e9lastique\u00a0: contrairement aux accessoires de c\u00e2bles thermor\u00e9tractables utilis\u00e9s pour la contraction thermique, ils sont commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s accessoires de c\u00e2bles r\u00e9tractables \u00e0 froid. L&#039;isolation suppl\u00e9mentaire en caoutchouc silicone et les pi\u00e8ces de contraction sont utilis\u00e9es pour les t\u00eates de bornes de c\u00e2bles \u00e0 contraction \u00e0 froid. Le traitement par champ \u00e9lectrique doit toujours \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 sur les c\u00f4nes de contrainte ou les zones de contrainte autour du bo\u00eetier.<\/p>\n<p>De nos jours, on adopte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un tube de contr\u00f4le des contraintes de contraction \u00e0 froid, pour des tensions comprises entre 10 kV et 35 kV. Les jonctions de c\u00e2bles \u00e0 contraction \u00e0 froid (niveau 1 kV) utilisent un tube isolant \u00e0 contraction \u00e0 froid pour renforcer l&#039;isolation\u00a0; les jonctions de c\u00e2bles \u00e0 10 kV utilisent un blindage semi-conducteur interne et externe pour l&#039;isolation de la jonction \u00e0 contraction \u00e0 froid. Les bornes de c\u00e2ble tripolaires sont bifurqu\u00e9es avec branchement \u00e0 contraction \u00e0 froid.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les caract\u00e9ristiques des accessoires de c\u00e2bles r\u00e9tractables \u00e0 froid<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Adoptez la technologie la plus avanc\u00e9e et la plus froide, sans \u00e9vasement ni outils sp\u00e9ciaux, installation, seul le noyau de la ligne est retir\u00e9, le corps \u00e9lastique r\u00e9tr\u00e9cira rapidement et se rapprochera du site d&#039;installation.<\/p>\n<p>Le caoutchouc de silicone offre une excellente isolation et une grande \u00e9lasticit\u00e9. L&#039;int\u00e9gration de la partie de contr\u00f4le des contraintes et du composite isolant principal r\u00e9sout efficacement le probl\u00e8me de concentration des contraintes \u00e9lectriques sur la surface ext\u00e9rieure du blindage, garantissant ainsi la fiabilit\u00e9 de l&#039;isolation et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de fonctionnement. Tous les produits sont fabriqu\u00e9s en usine. Sans formation particuli\u00e8re, l&#039;installation et l&#039;utilisation sont simples, sans risque d&#039;incendie, ce qui permet un gain de temps et d&#039;efforts. La technologie de r\u00e9traction automatique \u00e0 froid permet une installation facile et sans effort, r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement les risques d&#039;accidents de qualit\u00e9 dus \u00e0 une mauvaise utilisation et r\u00e9solvant le probl\u00e8me de contraction ou de non-\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des accessoires de c\u00e2bles pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L&#039;isolant des bornes est fabriqu\u00e9 en caoutchouc de silicone de haute qualit\u00e9. Il pr\u00e9sente de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s hydrophobes\u00a0: les gouttelettes ne forment pas de film conducteur et poss\u00e8dent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s hydrophobes auto-r\u00e9paratrices. De plus, il offre une excellente isolation, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et aux UV, garantissant ainsi une utilisation stable et durable. Sa longue dur\u00e9e de vie est identique \u00e0 celle du corps du c\u00e2ble.<\/p>\n<p>La t\u00eate de borne de c\u00e2ble accessoire a une formule de mat\u00e9riau unique et un processus de fabrication, qui attache \u00e9troitement l&#039;isolation principale du c\u00e2ble, le corps du c\u00e2ble fournit une pression radiale constante, une petite quantit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge partielle, une tension de d\u00e9marrage \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le niveau d&#039;isolation d&#039;impulsion est sup\u00e9rieur au niveau des normes existantes et le corps du c\u00e2ble avec \u00ab respiration \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La norme nationale GB50168-92, \u00ab\u00a0Code de construction et d&#039;acceptation des c\u00e2bles\u00a0\u00bb, section 6.1.3, stipule que la fabrication de bornes et de connecteurs de c\u00e2bles d&#039;alimentation isol\u00e9s en plastique doit emp\u00eacher la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de poussi\u00e8re et de d\u00e9bris dans l&#039;isolant. L&#039;utilisation en cas de brouillard ou de pluie est strictement interdite. Si l&#039;on ne tient pas compte de l&#039;influence des facteurs environnementaux lors de la production, l&#039;isolation des t\u00eates de c\u00e2bles risque d&#039;\u00eatre endommag\u00e9e par la poussi\u00e8re et les impuret\u00e9s, notamment par la formation d&#039;entrefers et de d\u00e9charges partielles (DP) sous un fort champ \u00e9lectrique, entra\u00eenant une rupture de l&#039;isolant, entra\u00eenant un d\u00e9faut de la t\u00eate de c\u00e2ble. Fabriqu\u00e9s dans un environnement humide, les c\u00e2bles sont sensibles \u00e0 l&#039;humidit\u00e9, ce qui r\u00e9duit le niveau d&#039;isolation.
